  The hotel was beautiful . The staff friendly and accommodating . Room service nice presentation and fast! A bit farther from the sights than I would have preferred, But they did have a shuttle . Only downside is that it stopped running at 8 pm .Also make sure your room gets the city view.

  We stayed here on our last night of a cruise vacation. Wish we had more time to enjoy the luxuriousness of this hotel. Most definitely elegant, pristine, scenic. If you have a chance, this is the one to pick. Wonderful staff, intent on making your stay most comfortable. Check out the website -- it even has it's own Art Collection! The breakfast had 27 jams and jellies to choose from. Definitely would go back to Rome just for this hotel.

  We were on the 8th floor due to my husband's diamond rewards and the view of the Vatican and city couldn't have been more beautiful. They shot fireworks on the weekend which were super nice and were great about taking care of their guests. Great for honeymooners like us!

  the hotel is beautiful, but they charge a 31 euro entrance fee to use the pool!!burger is 26 euro, continental brkfst 37 euro!! the fees are outrageous,so we opted not to eat or drink there. they lost our business because it is so excessive. also, a cab ride is required almost everywhere,at 15-20 euro each trip. too far from the sightseeing areas.
