OMG!! did we find the perfect hotel. We stayed at this hotel for the Bon Jovi concert at the American Airlines Center. The location was perfect!!! The room and hotel was clean. Being that we were five women coming alone to the area for the concert we felt safe. They had security 24 hrs a day circling the parking lot. The staff was great they even offered to take us to and from the American Airlines Center for FREE!! The next day we had breakfast after we recovered from a long night and OMG they have a wonderful buffet breakfast which is made to order. LOVED IT ALL!!!

This has the potential to be a really superb hotel with a bit more attention to detail. Some aspects were quite good. Great desk staff greeted us by name throughout entire trip. Guy who did made-to-order omelettes in the morning was a delight and happily accommodated requests. That was the best part of the whole experience. We had a dinner and a lunch in the restaurant. Nothing remarkable. I think the menu should be simpler, fresher, less complicated (a la Chef Gordon Ramsey). The beds were very, very comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was good--two critical elements. The hotel was quiet, too, even though they seemed to have a lot of people. We never heard anyone else outside our door. The rooms, however, seemed to be poorly ventilated--no fan in the bathroom, for example. Third day of stay we were down to one bath towel, no washcloths, and no shampoo and had to call the front desk at 9PM to get these items. They delivered shampoo and toothpaste (which we did not ask for), no towels. Soda vending machine was broken on our floor--the panel was actually ripped out--not just a simple "out of order" situation. It just looked bad. We attend a sales meeting in the ballroom at this hotel every year and that always seems like it's well supported by the hotel. Couches and chairs in lobby look a bit worn down. It seems like it was probably once a very good hotel that has gone slightly downhill--not to the point that it's unacceptable, just that it might have had better days. Oh yeah, the gorgeous fresh apples in a bowl at the front desk tasted awful every single day. That was sort of a bummer.

I would definetely recommend this hotel if you are in Dallas. Our trip didn't start out so great, after we arrived in Dallas it started to rain. The hotel was great enough to pick us up from lovefield for free. Even though it was raining we had nothing to worry about because they had an indoor pool and jacuzzi, which saved our trip because it rained all day long. The room was fresh and clean, the bathroom looked amazing which they said was just remoled. I can't say enough about the staff and the restaurant. Everyone was so courteous and the restaurant food was amazing a little on the expensive side but hey everywhere is expensive these days. Overall i recommend this hotel 100%

My family and I were looking for a hotel to stay in for our family vacation. After doing a lot of shopping around and trying to find the best deal we decided to go with this hotel. They picked us up from Love Field Airport for free, they had an indoor pool which my kids just loved and didn't want to get out of. The rooms were nice and clean and I can't say enough about the restaurant it was amazing. They had the best breakfast buffet I have seen yet. They had made to order omelets and blueberry pancakes which my kids loved. I would recommend to anyone with a family looking for the best deal with out putting a hole in your pockets.

Stayed here for business and had an amazingly comfortable bed. The fitness room has numerous machines and free weights, and looks out at the indoor pool which often has families playing (good for distraction while working out). The location is convenient to downotwn, but is right on the highway so can be loud at times. Ask for a room away from the road.
